I am arriving before check-in. Can I access my hotel room early?
We will be supplying the hotel with all guest arrival times. While it is not guaranteed, they will do their best to allow early check-in for rooms that are cleaned and vacant. Bag check will also be provided at the hotel concierge if your room is not yet available, and you can opt to receive a text message when your room is ready.
